Location:

Building 5 / Level 2 / Office 2207-WS10

Research Interests

  • Working on seismic (elastic) wave propagation, with a focus on attenuation behavior, mechanisms and implications.
  • Performing numerical simulations and experimental measurements at lab-scale to help understanding the wave propagation in a medium.
  • Using interferometry to analyze the wavefield generated around a geothermal well using DAS.

Selected Publications

1. Numerical and experimental study of ultrasonic seismic waves propagation and attenuation on high quality factor samples.
